Return Policy

Refunds will be possible till 5 hours in advance (working hours, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) - Refund will be credited in teh same payment source within 7 working days.

No requests for refunds for next day delivery can be done post 8:00 PM the previous day. 

Subscription, once started cannot be refunded . Requests for cancellation/refunds will be taken 2 days in advance (before the date of first delivery). No refunds can be processed post that. 

No Refund will be possible once the product is delivered. 

In case of any issue/incorrect order delivery or others, please contact us on 9717173327. All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Bring My Flowers and refund will be creadited in the original payment method within 7 working days.
